1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Quick Invoice, an invoicing and business management tool provided by WIS ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Quick Invoice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.
2. About Quick Invoice
Quick Invoice is an invoicing and business management tool designed primarily for small businesses.
Depending on the features available in your account, Quick Invoice may allow you to:
- Create and manage invoices
- Store customer information
- Record payments
- Manage products and services
- Print invoices and receipts
- View invoice history and payment status
We may add, modify, or remove features as the service develops. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
3. Free Trial and Paid Service
Quick Invoice may provide a free trial or introductory period.
The free period does not mean that the service will remain free indefinitely.
When the applicable free period ends, continued use of paid features or the service may require a subscription or other applicable payment.
Pricing, subscription periods, and applicable limits will be displayed before payment is required.
We will not claim that Quick Invoice is permanently free unless we explicitly state otherwise.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your password and account credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization
You may register using your email address or through Google OAuth if that option is available.
If you use Google OAuth, certain information provided by Google, such as your name, email address, or profile information, may be processed to facilitate authentication.
5. Your Business Data
You retain ownership of the business information you enter into Quick Invoice.
This may include:
- Customer names
- Customer phone numbers
- Customer addresses
- Invoices
- Products and services
- Prices
- Payment records
- Notes
- Other business information you enter into the service
WIS does not claim ownership of your business data.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is accurate and that you have the appropriate permission or legal basis to use customer information.
6. We Do Not Sell Your Data
WIS does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, customer information, invoice data, or business data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
We do not treat your customer list, invoice history, or business information as a product to sell to advertisers or data brokers.
Your business data is used to provide and operate Quick Invoice, not as something for WIS to sell.
7. Access to Your Data
We respect the privacy of your business information.
We do not routinely inspect or manually review the contents of your invoices, customer records, or other business information.
Access to user data may be reasonably necessary for limited purposes, including:
- Providing technical support requested by you
- Diagnosing or fixing technical problems
- Investigating security incidents
- Investigating suspected abuse or misuse
- Protecting the security and reliability of the service
- Preventing fraud or attacks
- Maintaining the service
- Complying with legal obligations or valid legal requests
- Protecting the rights, safety, or security of WIS, users, or other persons
When access is necessary, we will seek to limit it to the information reasonably required for the relevant purpose.
8. Invoice Accuracy
You are responsible for checking the information contained in your invoices.
This includes:
- Customer information
- Products and services
- Prices
- Quantities
- Discounts
- Taxes
- Dates
- Invoice numbers
- Payment information
- Other information entered by you
Quick Invoice is a software tool and does not guarantee that user-entered information is correct.
9. Tax and Accounting
Quick Invoice is software and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
You remain responsible for complying with the tax, accounting, invoicing, and record-keeping requirements applicable to your business.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use Quick Invoice to:
- Commit fraud
- Break applicable laws
- Impersonate another person or business
- Gain unauthorized access to another account or system
- Attack, disrupt, or overload the service
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Abuse the service
- Harm other users or third parties
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The service may temporarily become unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Infrastructure problems
- Hosting problems
- Security incidents
- Network problems
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
12. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Quick Invoice at any time.
We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of:
- Serious violations of these Terms
- Security risks
- Illegal or abusive activity
- Activity that materially harms the service or other users
- Legal requirements
Data retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
13. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect Quick Invoice and the information stored within it.
However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and the devices you use to access the service.
14. Third-Party Services
Quick Invoice may use third-party services or infrastructure necessary to operate the service.
These providers may process limited information when reasonably necessary to provide their services.
We will not claim that a particular third-party provider is used unless that provider is actually part of the current application.
15. Intellectual Property
Quick Invoice, including its software, branding, logos, design, and original materials provided by WIS, belongs to WIS or its respective licensors.
You receive permission to use Quick Invoice according to these Terms.
Using Quick Invoice does not transfer ownership of the software, branding, or intellectual property to you.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WIS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of Quick Invoice.
This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or losses resulting from interruption of service or incorrect information entered by a user.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Cambodia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary.
When we make material changes, we may provide notice through Quick Invoice or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of Quick Invoice after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
19. Language
These Terms are provided in English and Khmer.
Both versions are intended to communicate the same meaning.
If there is a conflict between the two versions, the English version will take precedence.
