- Maintaining the service

You retain ownership of the business information you enter into Quick Invoice.
WIS does not claim ownership of your invoices, customer records, or other business information.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission or legal basis to collect and use information about your customers.

We may allow service providers to process limited information when necessary to operate Quick Invoice.

8. Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in using Google, Google may provide information such as your name, email address, and profile information to Quick Invoice for authentication.
We use this information to create or authenticate your Quick Invoice account.
We do not use Google account information to sell advertising profiles.

We will not claim a user control exists if it is not actually available in the application.
14. Free Trial and Paid Service
Quick Invoice may provide a free trial or introductory period.
The free period does not mean that the service will remain free indefinitely.
When the applicable free period ends, continued access to paid features or the service may require a subscription or other applicable payment.
Pricing and applicable limits will be shown before payment is required.

Quick Invoice is designed for businesses and is not specifically directed toward children.

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary, including when the service, technology, or data practices change.
When important changes are made, we may provide notice through Quick Invoice or another reasonable method.
